What is your cancellation policy? We require 48 hours notice.
What will I receive and when will I receive it? You will receive your digital images (on CD) or prints, with any retouching requested, via standard U.S. Mail within 7 business days of your photo shoot. ($5 shipping fee applies).What type of camera do you use? I use a CANON digital SLR.
Do you shoot in a studio or on location? Headshot sessions are done in studio and personal & couples photo shoots are done on location in San Francisco. We can discuss location options during our phone consultation or while reviewing my portfolio.
Artificial or natural light? I try to shoot in natural light as much as possible for both headshots and personal photo shoots, but I use an external flash unit when necessary to achieve the best look.
Do you shoot in black & white or color? All shoots are personalized by the client. Both black & white and color are available.
Do you offer hair styling and make-up? We do not currently offer these services, so you will need to make arrangements prior to the shoot if you require specific hair styles or make-up.
